I was being shy when Auntie Kristen came to visit (Nov。 12, 22) but I wanted someone to read me Green Sheep。 Auntie was the only one who would do that, so I decided it was more important to read Green Sheep than to be afraid of Auntie。

This book introduces a number of sheep in different colours, shapes, and sizes as well as personalities and occupations using playful, rhyming text with the repeating rhetoric of "where is the green sheep?"A great book for exploring opposites, the illustrations are simple, colourful, and amusing。 While a bit on the longer side for babies, the mystery of the green sheep is engaging and offers encouragement to keep going to the end。This is a fun book and a long-time favourite。 Can be a perfect boo This book introduces a number of sheep in different colours, shapes, and sizes as well as personalities and occupations using playful, rhyming text with the repeating rhetoric of "where is the green sheep?"A great book for exploring opposites, the illustrations are simple, colourful, and amusing。 While a bit on the longer side for babies, the mystery of the green sheep is engaging and offers encouragement to keep going to the end。This is a fun book and a long-time favourite。 Can be a perfect book to read at bedtime。 。。。more

I don't really get it。 There're all these sheep, doing various things and of various colours。 But where is the green sheep? Nowhere, apparently。 Oh wait, there he is: on the last page。 Finis。Three stars, because who am I to judge? I'm not its target audience, I'm just the poor schmuck who has to pretend it's enjoyable as I read it with a feigned enthusiasm to my son before his bedtime。 He seemed to enjoy it, all cute smiles and a satisfied exclamation when the green sheep was located, so that's I don't really get it。 There're all these sheep, doing various things and of various colours。 But where is the green sheep? Very interesting read。 Made me really wonder where the green sheep was。Ending was wholesome but a bit of a let down though。 I think the book would’ve been better if they left a bit of it unsaid。

A fun book for all ages who might attend a storytime! Would also serve as a great bedtime story。

I read this as a kid when it came out - I was maybe in Grade 2? It was read to us in the library。 I think it was part of a CBA display? I have a vague memory of it。 Regardless, this was more fun than I remembered! To be fair, I didn’t really remember it at all…

The kids in storytime really liked this one。 They were very excited to finally see the green sheep at the end。

This is a great book that will teach children new words。 I like that it is repetitive because I feel like it’ll keep the children interested and curious about the green sheep and what’ll happen next。

A lovely take on counting sheep 🐑

I really liked this book。 It's a great short and simple book where you see all these different sheep doing various things, but the green sheep is no more to be seen。 Loved the ending。 Illustrations are cute。 Read this for Story Time and the kids enjoyed it。 One child was so curious to find out where the green sheep is。 I really liked this book。 It's a great short and simple book where you see all these different sheep doing various things, but the green sheep is no more to be seen。 Loved the ending。 Illustrations are cute。 Read this for Story Time and the kids enjoyed it。 One child was so curious to find out where the green sheep is。 。。。more

Such a fun book for young children to join in with。 After the second or third read they will be reading it with you。 Just a silly story and what more do you need to enjoy a book with young children。 Teaches them near and far, up and down etc。 Great for language development for young children and great for drama。 On my list of favourites for Nana to read to young children

If the soporific repetition and rhyme scheme of this search for the green sheep do not put you and your child to sleep, then wash down the idiom with a cup of warm milk。

Perfect pacing for storytime。

Really fun for the littlest readers。 Good rhyme, good intro of opposites, cute art。 I can see little ones getting into the repeated line: But where is the green sheep? Great board book。

Bocil lagi suka sama domba。 Di buku ini bercerita mencari domba warna hijau。 Sambil cerita juga belajar perbandingan, warna, jumlah。 Kalo dalam bahasa inggris jadi belajar adjective/kata sifat yang dilekatkan ke setiap domba。
